This free 60-minute workshop is a relaxed introduction to Reiki and energy healing, with no previous experience needed.

WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER

During our hour together, I’ll introduce you to Reiki and explain what it actually is, without making it complicated.

We’ll explore:

• What Reiki is and how it works
• What Reiki can be used for
• How you can use Reiki as a self-healing practice
• What it feels like to work with energy
• How people begin their Reiki journey

I’ll also guide you through a beautiful energy meditation so you can stop trying to understand Reiki with your head and actually experience it for yourself.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This workshop is for you if you’re curious about Reiki, energy healing or spirituality and want a safe, relaxed place to explore it.

You don’t need to be a therapist.

You don’t need to want to become a Reiki practitioner.

And you definitely don’t need to know anything about energy healing already.

You can simply come along, experience it and see how it feels.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I’m Emily, a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound and Intuitive Healer, and former paediatric nurse and health visitor.

I actually came to Reiki from a nursing background.

I was evidence-driven, practical and probably not the person you would have expected to end up teaching energy healing.

But during a period of anxiety and burnout, I tried Reiki.

And something shifted.

For the first time in a long time, I experienced a sense of calm that I hadn’t been able to think, work or push my way into.

That experience eventually led me to learn Reiki for myself, and later to train as a Reiki Master Teacher.

Now I get to introduce other people to this practice too.
