This calming guided meditation is designed to support Reiki practitioners in deepening their self-healing practice. Whether you're newly attuned or an experienced practitioner, this session offers a structured yet intuitive flow to guide you through a self-treatment.

This guided self-Reiki session is around 15–20 minutes long and follows a gentle, structured flow designed to support both beginners and experienced practitioners.

What you'll get:

  • Grounding & Centreing: You’ll begin by calming your mind and body, settling into a comfortable seated position, and becoming fully present.
  • Gasshō & Connection to Reiki: You’ll be guided to bring your hands into Gasshō (palms together at the heart), and connect to the flow of Reiki energy with clear intention.
  • Energetic Clearing & Protection: You’ll call in your angels and guides, release energy that doesn’t belong to you, and call back your own—cleansing and grounding your field.
  • Lower Hara & Breath Awareness: Focus shifts to your energetic centre (just below the navel), helping you ground and connect deeply to your inner power and life force.
  • Energy Flow Visualisation: Reiki energy is visualised flowing through your chakras and body—from the crown down to the feet—clearing and nourishing your entire system.
  • Intuitive Self-Healing Time: You’ll then be invited to place your hands wherever you feel drawn, trusting Reiki to flow where needed. This space is held in silence or soft background music.
  • Closing in Gratitude: Seal the session with a moment of appreciation, allowing your manifestations to flow naturally into your reality.
